How do I apply for membership?

Visit our registration page and verify your phone number via OTP. You'll receive a temporary CustID and have 72 hours to complete the onboarding process.

What is the membership cap?

We limit membership to 3,339 members per country to maintain exclusivity. Once this cap is reached, new registrations will be waitlisted.

How long does custom garment creation take?

Custom garments typically take 4-8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, depending on complexity and fabric availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international cards through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
