Our commitment to your satisfaction.
At Cavree, every garment is bespoke and made exclusively for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, our cancellation and refund policies are strict.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds
Since all items are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed garments, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
3. Fit Guarantee
We strive for the perfect fit. If your garment requires minor adjustments, we offer a credit of up to ₹2,000 (or $25) for local alterations. Please contact our support team with the alteration receipt within 7 days of delivery.
4. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a garment with a material defect or workmanship error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
5. Wallet Refunds
Funds added to your Cavree wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used for purchases on the Cavree platform.
