Welcome to Cavree. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is strictly limited to 3,339 members per country. Applications are subject to approval and verification. Cavree reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant at its sole discretion.
2. Annual Commitment
To maintain active membership status, members must meet an annual spend requirement of ₹5,00,000 (for Indian residents) or $5,700 (for international members). Failure to meet this requirement may result in membership termination.
3. Design Exclusivity
All custom garments created by Cavree are "one-of-one" designs. Once a design is assigned to a member, it is permanently locked to their profile and will never be replicated for another client.
4. Wallet & Payments
Funds deposited into the Cavree wallet are non-withdrawable and can only be used for purchases within the Cavree ecosystem. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Order Limits
To ensure quality and exclusivity, members are limited to a maximum of 12 bespoke garment orders per calendar year.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials on the Cavree website are the intellectual property of Cavree and may not be used without express written permission.
