Information about our delivery process and timelines.
Cavree provides secure, insured global shipping for all our bespoke garments. We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your one-of-one pieces arrive safely.
1. Shipping Timelines
Since every Cavree garment is custom-made, please allow 4-8 weeks for production. Once your order is ready for dispatch, shipping times are as follows:
- Domestic (India): 2-5 business days via Blue Dart / DHL.
- International: 5-10 business days via DHL Express / FedEx.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. For orders above a certain value, complimentary shipping may be available.
3. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country's customs department. Cavree is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order status directly from your Member Dashboard.
5. Insurance
All Cavree shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team immediately.
